RESPONSE: reminds me of other great quote, things don’t change, it’s how you see them that does
RESPONSE: “We cannot walk alone.” Specifically referenced from I HAVE A DREAM.
“Commit to nonviolence. Always protect the dignity of others.
Walk together.”

I’m doing dry January and,
More on this thing here I’ve had more candy than usual. But overall more clear, able to deal with life better. Have I lost pounds? Dunno. I’m not watching that anymore. Also? My whole home has changed and thus not sure if some of these positive shifts can be to thank for, say, my new bedroom – it’s very quiet! And very dark. So maybe my good sleeping is also thanks to that. Namaste

– Friedrich Nietzsche
